The growth of single use manufacturing in the pharmaceutical and bioprocessing industries has led to manufacturers designing a range of products to meet the market demand. Biopharmacaeutical companies then have the challenge of designing their manufacturing processes around these standard products.
Fluid Biosolutions and Saint Gobain's philosophy is to work collaboratively with our customers to design application specific solutions that will meet their processing requirements. This can include the design of simple or complex single use tubing manifolds, which can incorporate a wide range of additional components including filters, single use sensors, bags, sterile connectors, sampling bottles and more.

Bio-Simplex® single-use molded assemblies
Bio-Simplex® single-use molded assemblies are constructed from C-Flex® pharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomers. Thanks to the unique properties of these materials and Saint-Gobain’s innovative overmolding technology, tubing and other components can be combined into one unified assembly in an almost infinite number of configurations. This process creates true one-piece construction; the overmolding material is the same as the tubing, and when molded together they become one to provide an integrally bonded connection with superior strength, reliability and product integrity.
Bio-Simplex® tubing end assemblies
Bio-Simplex® tubing end assemblies are economically designed for single use. By eliminating the need for cleaning and the possibility of contamination from repeated use, they lower production costs and simplify validation.
Sani-Tech® Sani-Link® manifolds
The patented Sani-Tech® Sani-Link® manifold system utilizes our unique SIB® (smooth inner bore) technology, which eliminates particle entrapment and potential areas of contamination. The Sani-Link® system minimizes and reduces the need for fittings, connections or assembly and helps create a complete aseptic transport system.
Sani-Tech® Ultra Sani-Link® Ultra manifolds
The Sani-Link® Ultra manifold is a true industry first; in fact, it's been awarded a U.S. patent (No. 6,290,265) for its unique features. Utilizing Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics' innovative SIB® (smooth inner bore) technology minimizes the need for fittings, connections or assembly, eliminating leak points and entrapment areas. Sani-Link® Ultra manifolds are compatible with Sani-Tech® Ultra 50 and Sani-Tech® Ultra 65 tubing, and can be manufactured as part of complete assemblies that are already gamma-irradiated for easy implementation. Assembly components can include filters, bags, tube clamps (e.g., Pure-Fit® TC) and sterile connectors (e.g., Pure-Fit® SC).
