Product information - TPE sealer
The all-new Vante® 4160-series TPE Tubing Sealer is the obvious choice for the reliable, efficient creation of permanent seals in thermoplastic tubing. Specifically designed for single-use manufacturing procedures performed in biopharmaceutical cleanroom production suites, it's 8' remote sealing head and ability to operate without the need for an external compressed air supply make it an extremely portable unit.
The durable, maintenance-free sealing heads are connected to the controller with an 8ft cable and are equipped as standard with a remote cycle-start feature to make this the only TPE Sealer with truly remote tube sealing capabilities. The controller is equipped with 2 levels of password protection for quality assurance and process control.
A simple, user-friendly control panel allows for accurate configuration and operation. The sealing heads have a built-in safety lock feature to prevent them from being opened once a sealing cycle has been initiated. This all-new Vante TPE Tubing Sealer consists of the Model 4160 Controller and interchangeable sealing heads – Model 4161 Sealing Heads for thin-wall TPE tubing, and Model 4162 Sealing Heads for thick-wall TPE tubing up to 1-inch outside diameter.

THE SEBRA MODEL 2380 TUBE SEALER AND MODEL 1105 HAND-HELD SEALING HEAD
The SEBRA® Model 2380 portable tube sealer and hand-held sealing head (Model 1105) meets the most stringent requirements for quality and reliability in high-volume, intensely demanding settings. This system automatically adjusts for different sizes of tubing. SEBRA sealers are based on state-of-the-art radio frequency (RF) electro magnetic energy rather than heat, thus minimizing the threat of hemolysis. In less than 2 seconds, the SEBRA 2380 sealer provides a consistent, airtight seal you can rely on for all your mission-critical blood collection and processing needs.
THE SEBRA MODEL 2600 OMNI™ SEALER AND MODEL 1105 HAND-HELD SEALING HEAD
A compact, portable device which employs radio frequency (RF) to make uniform, quality seals on a variety of tubing sizes without power adjustment by the user. The system consists of the Model 2600 Power Source (“the Power Source”) and the Model 1105, a handheld manually-activated sealing head which creates a seal in such a way as to make segment separation easy and uniform.
THE SEBRA MODEL 2600 OMNI™ SEALER AND MODEL 2605 BENCHTOP SEALING HEAD
A compact, portable device which employs radio frequency (RF) to make uniform, quality seals on a variety of tubing sizes without power adjustment by the user. The system consists of the Model 2600 Power Source (“the Power Source”) and the Model 2605, a bench-top automatic sealing head (“the Sealing Head”) which creates a seal that is formed by the sealing head jaws in such a way as to make segment separation easy and uniform.
The Vante Bio 3120 Tube Sealing System consists of a 3210 RF power source and a model 3806 small sealing head. This system provides flexibility in sealing and powering a segmenting or hand-held sealing head. The durable, compact design is easy to use and leaves more room in the work area. CE marked and TUV approved.
The unique remote thin wall sealing head clamps and hangs from tubing for convenient use with manifold systems. The Thin Wall Sealing Head seals thin wall (.062) tubing: .125 O.D. – .375 O.D.
The Thick Wall Sealing Head seals thick wall (.125) tubing: .375 O.D – .750 O.D (Compressed air required) CE marked.
